The following exercises have been proofed by many people to be effective for weight loss and it works very well even if you do it at home. No gym subscription required and still you can lose pounds of unwanted fats pretty quickly.
Easy and Quick Exercise to lose weight
1. Stair Exercise
This weight loss exercise is perfect for people who live in an apartment or condo. Most people using lift or elevator every day but for this exercise I suggest to USE STAIR. The exercise is simple. All you need to do is walk up the stairs and walk back down in normal pace repeatedly. Do this for AT LEAST 15 minutes before you take a break but don’t stop while doing this. Do the stair exercise 1 set a day and do this every day.
2. Bodyweight squats as fast as you can
Fast body squats will burn more calories and fats than normal pace stair exercise. You can do these however you want, you only need to do 200 squats everyday. The actual part of doing these will take you less than 4 minutes. It is recommended to start the exercise with 25 squat as fast as you can. Then take a rest. Then repeat. Keep doing sets of 25 until you’ve done all 200.
