Sugar is the biggest enemy for weight loss diet program. Several types of foods like cereals and packaged baked cake are added with sugar. Sometime we’re not aware about the sugar amount loaded in our snack and eating this food daily or taking in large amounts at one time only spike the body’s blood sugar levels. Our body responses this spike by releasing insulin and about thirty minute later the blood’s sugar level will drop to the lowest level. Our body will request to raise the sugar level again to maintain its physiology and therefore you will feel hungry. This cycle of spiking and plummeting frequently causes people to overeat and not healthy as well.

Here are some easy tips to reduce sugar intake by cutting out unnecessary sources of sugar. You will benefit weight loss over time and also keep your body healthy. This will help you lose weight easily

Avoid sodas. Don’t be misguided by diet soda advertisement. Diet sodas are just as bad for you as regular ones since they are still added with sugar. Consuming more soda to lose the thirst only increases it. Not so long afterward your kidneys give you signal that they
need water.

Fresh fruit

Eat fresh fruits daily. Drinking canned fruit juice only is not equal as eating fresh fruit. Fruit juice is absorbed faster in our stomach than fresh fruit. The cellulose from fresh fruit and vegetable maintains our digestion system healthy. Also, don’t forget that some fruit juices are added extra sugar. Fresh fruit contains natural sugars that satisfy body metabolism without overdoing it.

Oatmeal for breakfast. Instead of pre-sweetened cereal with milk choose oatmeal for your breakfast. Oatmeal offers more fiber and protein than cold cereals. The fiber will provide a steady level of energy and fullness until meal time in the afternoon.

Choose only low calorie snacks. Buy low calorie snack in bulk and take it in your lunch bag every day. You can avoid unhealthy snack from vending machine and still enjoyed in moderation with the same satisfaction. This is your first aid to combat anytime the sweet cravings strike.

Say “No” to office goodies. Choose only snack you bring from home if you want to eat during your work. Sometimes the boss or your colleague bring in donuts or other sweet treats on holidays, you may take one but the second one must come from your own lunch bag. This is the easy way to avoid the office fat trap. Keep your own jar of healthy snacks on your desk and offer it to spread healthy eating habits on your office.
