So I need some help ladies, (and guys lol) I am a stay at home mom and just can’t get into the whole cooking thing. I really do like to but with three kids I just can’t seem to get a system down to get to it everyday. Usually hubby ends up cooking. I feel bad since he works all day so that I can stay home :/ So I guess as a late resolution I would like to start cooking every night. Help!

I am wondering if there is such a diet out there that doesn’t include lots of crazyness like grapefruit juice and stuff. I am looking for a simple diet that I will not need to eat 5 times a day with… I just want ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I like a simple breakfast, a fast lunch and a filling dinner. I don’t like many veggies either- I like peas and green beans and tomatoes. I like corn too but its a starch… anyone have any ideas?
