There are however easier way to diet by burning some extra calories every day using only easy exercise.   1. Add more spices on your food. Tabasco sauce, chili, pepper and any other spice can boost your fat-burning ability.
  2. Avoid the elevator and the escalator as much as possible, take the stairs instead.
